This collaboration combines Inbolt's expertise in real-time robot guidance AI with Zivid's high-precision 3D camera technology. Zivid’s cameras are capable of rapid image capture ranging from 60 milliseconds to 1 second, a feature that aligns perfectly with Inbolt's AI-powered algorithms—which utilize 3D data for real-time workpiece localization and perform robotic guidance with a less than a second latency from point cloud generation to new robot coordinate adjustments. This real-time processing is crucial in automation, where machines need to respond to changing conditions instantly. Paired with GuideNOW and Zivid 2+ M60 camera, industrial robots and cobots can quickly interpret the environment and make informed decisions, enhancing efficiency and productivity in industrial processes.
