Why add vision to your CRX?
The FANUC CRX is built for fast, flexible deployment. But like any robot, it can only move to positions it’s been taught. If parts arrive scattered in a bin, shifted on a pallet, or slightly out of place, the cobot stops or fails.
Inbolt removes that constraint. A robot-mounted 3D camera and a CAD-trained AI vision model locate each part in 6DoF in real time, and Inbolt corrects the robot’s trajectory on the fly. The CRX picks, places, and assembles parts wherever they actually are, not where they’re supposed to be.

Yes. Inbolt connects natively to the CRX controller, with no middleware or custom development. Stationary applications use FANUC’s User Socket Messaging option (R648). Moving line applications add Stream Motion (J519) and KAREL (R632), on controller software v9.0 with the P84 patch and above. Setup takes minutes: mount the camera, connect the controller, import your part’s CAD, and train.
