Inbolt Robot Control

Real-time execution for every industrial robot

Inbolt provides adaptive robot motion control at native control frequency, closing the loop between what the vision model sees and how the robot moves. Native on FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, UR, and Comau.

Native integration with every major robot controller

Inbolt’s vision-guidance works directly with the controllers and software of major robot brands. Whether stationary or on moving lines, integration is smooth, fast, and proven in real factories.

Inbolt Robot Control runs on FANUC RJ3iB, R30iA, R30iB, and R50iA controllers (software v6.0 and above) for stationary applications, and on R30iB+, Mini+, Mate+, and R50iA controllers (v9.0 with P84 patch) for moving lines. Stationary setups require User Socket Messaging (R648); moving lines add Stream Motion (J519) and KAREL R632. Corrected joint commands stream directly into the FANUC servo loop at native control frequency.

Inbolt Robot Control is fully compatible with UR CB3, e-Series, and UR Series for stationary applications on PolyScope 5 (v5.13 and above). Moving-line support covers e-Series and UR Series. RTDE is included out of the box, no extra options to install. Inbolt streams corrected joint commands at native frequency, enabling plug-and-play cobot deployment on both stationary and moving lines.

Inbolt Robot Control integrates with ABB Omnicore and IRC5 controllers running RobotWare 6.0.1 or later. Stationary applications use Socket Messaging (included with RobotWare). Moving-line applications use Externally Guided Motion (EGM) to stream corrected joint commands directly into the controller’s motion loop. Both modes run on the same Omnicore or IRC5 hardware.

Inbolt Robot Control runs on KUKA KR C4 and KR C5 controllers with KSS 8.2, 8.3, 8.5, 8.6, or 8.7. Integration uses the Ethernet KRL Interface (EKI) for stationary applications, giving Inbolt real-time access to KUKA’s joint command stream for adaptive motion.

Inbolt Robot Control now runs natively on Yaskawa YRC1000 and YRC1000micro controllers, with software from YAS2.94.00-00 or YBS2.31.00-00 and above. MotoPlus and Ethernet must be enabled. Yaskawa is supported across stationary and moving-line applications, completing Inbolt’s native coverage on six robot brands for real-time motion execution.

Inbolt Robot Control runs on all Comau controllers with PDL2 for stationary applications, using Read/Write on TCP/IP (CR17926300) for real-time data exchange. Inbolt’s localization data streams directly into Comau’s motion logic for accurate, part-aligned execution.
